THE SECOND CIRCULAR.

1. ACCOMMODATION.

The next variants of accommodation are offered:
1) Free-of-charge residing at the hostel located at height of 2500 m above sea level.
Workshop sessions will lay here.
The hostel is located on the distance of 25 km from Almaty city. The regular transport connection with city is absent. Below the photo of location is shown.
2) Accommodation in hotels of Alma-Ata city (800 m above sea level). Cost of residing from 40 dollars predominantly in double room. Participants of meeting will be transported to sessions in the morning, and to Almaty city in the evening. It is necessary to reserve hotel in advance. The organizing committee can help in providing of reservation after your request.
 
3) Accommodation in hotel at height of 2300 m in 30 minutes by car from the workshop sessions. The regular transport connection with city is absent. Cost is about 40 dollars per person. Rooms are double. Participants of meeting will be transported to a place of session in the morning, and to the hotel in the evening. It is necessary to reserve hotel in advance. The organizing committee can help in providing of reservation after your request.

2. VISAS.

Participants are strongly recommended to address in Kazakhstan Embassies for visas in advance. Organization Committee cannot promote in reception of the visa.

3. CONFERENCE FEE.

Conference fee at a rate of 200 euros should be paid after the arrival on conference. It will cover the cost of the set a participant, coffee breaks, reception and transportation from and to airport, so as to the mountain station. Students and young people are encouraged to attend the workshop with a discounted conference fee of 100 Euro.

4. CONTRIBUTIONS.

Participants should send their contribution papers not later than July 20.

5. PROCEEDINGS.

Conference proceedings will be published in special edition.

c) Exotic phenomena in EAS's at E > 10^16 eV;
d) Cosmic rays and the weather in Space and on the Globe;
